The Medium story should have been published last month, but it took longer than expected. I submitted it last Saturday to The Book Café and it was published within a half an hour, already with highlights.

I can admit I was running out of books to writer about, and Washington Square was brief. Months back, I had a wild hair and bought Washington Square and On the Wings of a Dove. So packing for Spain, I took the smaller one.

I’ll be curious to see what other reactions the Medium story might provoke—I hadn’t thought of Henry James as the next hot topic on X or whatever Musk calls his toy. So my expectations aren’t high for a viral launch.
