We’ve been on the Outer Banks since before the storm that came roaring across the continent. Today is foggy and warm. What they say about the weather—wait a minute and it will change—that’s December on the beach.

I read a ton, wrote some, and killed some red wine. All good things to do on a winter break. D’s brother took us to Wanchese for sushi tuna and oysters.

Layla chased rabbits and deer. It was a hard time had by all.
